Let’s talk about a super simple health win you can put into action tomorrow morning …

Drink a cup of spring water before your coffee (it’s only 8 ounces, you can do it).

Yes, before the latte, cold brew, or whatever your favorite cup of energy looks like.

Here’s why it matters:

1. Your body wakes up dehydrated. After hours without fluids, your system needs water as its first fuel, not a diuretic like coffee.

2. It’s easier on your stomach. Water creates a buffer in your belly so the acidity of coffee doesn’t hit quite as hard.

3. It kickstarts your digestion. Water helps wake up your metabolism and gets things moving—setting you up for a smoother morning.

4. It makes your coffee taste even better. Hydration boosts your taste and smell receptors. So your coffee may actually taste better!

Challenge: make water your first choice tomorrow morning and set yourself up for a fantastic day. Your body will thank you!

Corned Beef left overs? Reuben Wraps for a Lean & Green!! A guilt-free taste of a Reuben without the carbs.

Reuben Wraps
Ingredients:
• 4 cabbage leaves
• 4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
• 15 oz cooked corned beef, thinly sliced
• 1 cup sauerkraut
• 8 tbsp Walden Farms Russian dressing (for dipping)

Directions:
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Using tongs, dip each cabbage leaf in water for about 30 seconds, then place on a paper towel-lined plate to dry.

Lay a slice of Swiss cheese in the center of each cabbage leaf. Top with 3.75 oz corned beef and ¼ cup sauerkraut.

Roll up like a burrito and serve with 2 tbsp of
Russian dressing for dipping.

Pro tip: Add ¼ tsp caraway seeds to the dressing for that classic rye bread flavor!

For my clients:
Serves 4
1 Lean, 1 Green, 2 Condiments per serving (Just add 2 more Greens to round out your meal!)
