Class starts at 5:30 PM

All are welcome!

Class fee is five dollars for non-members

Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the front desk and then set up your space.

Mats are not provided so please bring your own.

🚨SCHEDULE 📆UPDATE!!

As many of you know I will be taking some time away to begin my journey of healing.

I will be in both studios on my normal class schedule at

-Workout Anytime Leeds (Leeds Plaza)

And at

Moody Civic Center until April 23rd.

I will only be in Moody on Thursday the 23rd.
(No class at WOA on the 23rd).

I will return on May 11th-13th for my regularly scheduled classes. (I really wanted to do this to be able to check in with each of you and to help you with any needs while I can.)

I plan to return on June 1st. If there are any changes to my schedule I will be sure to share them here and I will update my website as well.

The first option is schedule. Here you can scroll through my calendar and see all of my class offerings.

You can also subscribe to my website which will enroll you in occasional newsletters from yours truly.

During this time I will not be responding to class requests and/or messages on my page so that I can completely focus on my healing which will allow me to return to leading classes.

I will post updates and return messages when the time feels right for me.

As I have taught in my classes many times you cannot pour from an empty cup so I must rest and renew so that I can return as my best self for each of you.

I look forward to serving each of you through the practice of yoga over the upcoming scheduled days.

We had a lovely lake yoga class this morning and were blessed to see so much natural beauty. The eagle flew by several times and we got to see some cute fluffy babies swimming with their parents too. We also enjoyed the warm sunshine and fresh air. It was the perfect setting for our slow flow yoga class.
