Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) was founded by an emergency medicine physician in 2008 to provide fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare in every community. TAUC was fueled by the belief that we could provide an efficient and cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit. In the ER, patients receive life-saving treatments but are often overwhelmed by unpredictable financial burden and frustrated by overcrowded waiting rooms. At TAUC patients spend less than an hour in the clinic on average and have access to on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, IV hydration, and much more - eliminating the typical exasperating emergency room experience. Total Access was proud to participate in the Art of Wellness Fair at the Saint Louis Art Museum! We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with the incredible staff during such a meaningful and engaging event. As part of our interactive activity, attendees were invited to create their own self-portraits, an exercise in self-expression that sparked creativity, reflection, and plenty of great conversations. We truly enjoyed being part of a day dedicated to wellness, art, and connection.

Congratulations to Eddie Baur, our July 2025 TAUC Hero! Eddie is the definition of reliable. He hasn’t missed a single shift or been late once this entire year (WOW!). But his dedication doesn’t stop there. Eddie is a true team player, always ready to jump in and help wherever needed. He even takes the initiative to assist with extra tasks, like beehiving information, going above and beyond to support the team and our patients.

He’s the kind of teammate you’re thrilled to see on the schedule, and his positive energy and strong work ethic make every shift better. Honestly, we wish we could clone him! Way to go, Eddie!
