I am a Motivational Speaker and fitness Instructor. My focus is wholeness. Hi I am Deborah. I am from Southern New Jersey. I am a born-again christian.

I believe that every "weight" can be overcome and give you a "victory" you have yet to experience. I lived with obesity since age 5. At age 36 I cried out to the Lord, to Transform, Me. And I haven't been the same since! Highest weight 300 lbs at age 18. Current weight 148 pounds, age 41. I have lost
152 lbs . I have lost low self worth, too. I gained freedom in Christ! I have 15 more pounds to get to my goal weight of 134lbs. I am 5'7" tall and my projected bmi will be 21. My body fat is currently 25-28%
Update, I have current weight of 168 lbs. I am working my way to 150lbs. and will maintain that weight. I am 44 as of today (2017)
