Hey sacred disruptors: poor air quality today….come inside and sing!
Sunday at 4 (today!) there is a very special workshop with Laurel Armstrong and myself. ❤️‍🔥Connecting the yoni chakra to the throat chakra. (* Monday is a separate yogini workshop, see comments)
Today we are getting in-touch with the eco-spiritual that has no real separation from the eco-erotic.

Laurel is an excellent guide to the spirit through voice. She is talented as hell. (See clip from previous workshops. This or. We are integrating sensual movements and the soft and guttural sound of pleasure and nature!)

I will lead some movement and weave & connect personally to the soul of creation itself.
