Start with 5–10 minutes of dynamic movements like walking lunges, arm circles, high knees, or hip openers to activate your muscles and increase joint mobility—especially before sports or workouts.

✅ Don’t train through pain
Sharp, shooting, or lingering pain is a red flag. If your knee twinges when you squat, or your back tightens mid-game, it’s time to pause, assess, and adjust—before it becomes a bigger issue.

âś… Support recovery
Hydrate with electrolytes (not just water), aim for 7–9 hours of sleep, use active recovery like foam rolling or walking, and schedule regular adjustments to keep your spine and joints functioning at their best.
