Sitting outside watching my daughter play when this hit me hard.
I want her to watch me walk in kindness not just hear me talk about it. But kindness gets blocked when unforgiveness stays unhealed. Every time you rehearse the hurt, your brain keeps the wound alive. And the enemy keeps collecting on it.
I’m Linda, a licensed mental health counselor and Christian mindset coach.
This is Entry Point 2 - and the fruit God grows when you close it is kindness and gentleness.
Who are you still rehearsing? Sit with that.

You’ve prayed for peace. God already gave it.
But if the trauma underneath is still unhealed - your nervous system can’t receive what your spirit already has.
I’m Linda, a licensed mental health counselor and Christian mindset coach - and this is one of the most important things I teach the women I work with. Faith and neuroscience aren’t separate. They explain each other.
This is Entry Point 1 and the fruit God grows when you close it: Peace.
Where in your body do you feel the absence of peace? Drop it below - I read every one.

You don’t have a fruit problem…
you have an entry point problem.

You’ve been praying for peace.
Asking God for joy.
Trying to walk in love, patience, self-control…

But if the door is still open —
the fruit doesn’t have space to grow.

This is what changed everything for me:

Every fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5
has an entry point working against it.

→ Unhealed trauma blocks peace
→ Shame loops choke out joy
→ Rumination blocks love + self-control
→ Unforgiveness disrupts gentleness + kindness
→ Agreement with lies weakens faithfulness

So you can’t just try harder to “be more peaceful” or “have more joy.”

You have to close what’s feeding the opposite.

That’s why this next series matters.

We’re not just talking about what to break —
we’re talking about what God builds in its place.

Because healing isn’t just about what you’re getting free FROM…
it’s about what God is growing IN you.

✨ This is how your mind is renewed
✨ This is how transformation actually happens
✨ This is how you start walking in the fruit — for real

Save this — this is the framework that ties everything together.

And if you haven’t started the entry points series yet, go back and watch that first.

If you’re ready to actually close the doors and walk this out step-by-step,
my Faith & Freedom Workbook is linked in my bio. 💛

The final Entry point. Stay tuned cause God is exposing more to this series.

You’re not a bad Christian for second guessing everything God told you.

But you cannot build a peaceful house on a foundation of lies.

Your body is a house.

Your mind — your beliefs, your identity, what you’re agreeing with — that’s the foundation.
If the foundation is firm in truth — the house has peace. Stability. It can hold what God wants to fill it with.

But if the foundation is built on lies?
I’m not capable.

God has a plan for others but maybe not for me.

I keep messing up — maybe this calling isn’t real.

The house will always feel shaky. No matter how much you pray. No matter how hard you try.

That’s not a faith failure. That’s an entry point.

Agreement with lies is Part 4 of the entry points series — and it’s the one that affects everything else.

Matthew 7 — the wise man built her house on the rock.

Romans 12:2 — be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

Your foundation can be rebuilt. Your house can be made firm.

Start here 👇
Ask yourself — what do I actually BELIEVE about myself when things get hard?

That’s your foundation. And whatever feels shaky — that’s where the agreement is.
Save this if you needed it. 🤍

And tell me in the comments — what’s the lie your foundation has been built on?

Can we talk about something nobody in church is explaining?

You pray. You worship. You do the work — and you still feel anxious. And somewhere along the way somebody made you feel like that means your faith isn’t strong enough.

It doesn’t.

It means you have an entry point nobody taught you to close.

Unhealed trauma teaches your body to stay on high alert. Even when you’re safe — your nervous system doesn’t feel safe. And when your body doesn’t feel safe, it’s hard to stay anchored in God’s presence.

This is both spiritual AND neurological. And you deserve to understand both.

Here’s your practical tool for today:
→ Hand on your chest
→ Slow your breath
→ Say out loud: “I am safe. God is with me. My mind is being renewed.”

📖 Psalm 27:1
This is Part 1 of 5 in The Entry Points Series. Every week we’re going deeper. Save this post and follow so you don’t miss what’s coming.

The Faith & Freedom Workbook walks you through closing every entry point — step by step, biblically grounded, neurologically sound. Link in bio.

Every share gets this to one more woman who’s been carrying this alone. 🤍

You’re not unproductive… you’re just forgetting your why.

Save this for the days your mind starts lying to you.

Today I felt off.
Sluggish.
Like I wasn’t doing enough.

But this is what I’ve been teaching you…

Not every thought you think is truth.
And if you don’t renew your mind, you’ll misread your own life.

Because when I actually looked at my day—
I showed up.
I led.
I followed through.

And still… my mind told me it wasn’t enough.

That’s the enemy’s entry point.

Distortion.
Doubt.
Discrediting what God is doing in you.

So I had to come back to this.

My why.

Why I fight for peace in my home.
Why I pray even when I’m tired.
Why I keep showing up even on the days I feel off.

Because this isn’t just about productivity… it’s about obedience.

And some days obedience doesn’t look powerful—
it looks quiet, consistent, and unseen.

If you’re a mom holding it all together and still showing up… I see you.

Follow for more Bible + brain tools to renew your mind daily.

This week I’m not here to teach.
I just want to brag on Jesus.
A man — fully human, fully God — knew exactly what was coming. The betrayal. The beating. The cross.
And He walked toward it anyway.
For you. For me. For children not even born yet.
That is a kind of love I will never fully understand. But I feel it. And this week I just want to sit in it.
Not scrolling for answers. Not looking for the next teaching. Not trying to figure anything out.
Just drawing close to the one who loved us before we even knew His name.
If your heart needed permission to slow down this week and just be with Him — this is it.
He is worthy of every moment of stillness we can give Him this Holy Week. 🤍
Drop a 🤍 if you’re drawing close to Him this week.

You’re not a bad Christian for feeling anxious after you pray.
You just have an entry point nobody taught you to close.
The Proverbs 31 woman is called to fear the Lord — anchored, prayerful, connected.
But the entry point the enemy uses against THAT virtue?
Anxiety. Overthinking. Fear.
If he keeps your mind spinning — you won’t stay in God’s presence. You’ll pray and not feel peace. You’ll seek Him and your thoughts will pull you right back out.
That’s not a faith failure. That’s an open entry point.
Start closing it here 👇
Hand on chest. Slow your breath. Say out loud:
“I am safe. God is with me. My mind is being renewed.”
Psalm 27:1 — The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear?
That’s not just a verse. That’s a tool. 🤍
Save this. Share it with a woman who needs to start here.
And follow along — all 5 entry points are coming.

03/24/2026

You’re not a bad Christian for feeling like you’re never enough.

That voice isn’t God. It’s an entry point.

The shame loop is one of the most exhausting things the enemy uses against Christian women.
Because it looks spiritual from the outside — she’s always doing something for God.

But inside she’s running on empty wondering why God feels so far.

Here’s what I need you to know.

Romans 8:1 — there is NO condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.

So if the voice condemning you isn’t from God — it’s an entry point.

The difference between conviction and condemnation 👇

Conviction leads you somewhere — it’s specific, gentle, and moves you toward healing.
Condemnation just loops — I’m not enough, I should be better, I’m failing.

One is from God. One is an entry point.
Next time the loop starts — say out loud:
“This is not conviction. This is condemnation. And I am not agreeing with it anymore.”
You cannot renew your mind while agreeing with the lie. 🤍

Save this if you needed it today.

And tell me in the comments — do you struggle more with burnout or the never enough voice?

03/19/2026

You’re not a bad Christian if the hurt keeps coming back.
That doesn’t mean you didn’t really forgive.
It means there’s something underneath the wound that hasn’t been fully revealed yet.
The situation isn’t always just the situation.
There’s a meaning your mind made.
A belief that got formed.
A place where it hit deeper than you realized.
And whether this is something from years ago or something you’re still in the middle of right now — the process is the same.
You don’t fake forgiveness. You process it with God.
Start here 👇
Ask yourself — what did this situation make me believe?
Then bring it to Him.
“Lord, show me what this really did to me.”
Psalm 139:23 — Search me God and know my heart.
That’s not just a prayer. That’s an invitation.
And as He reveals it — you release it. Piece by piece.
Save this if you needed it. 🤍
And tell me in the comments — are you healing from something old or still in the middle of something now?
