two more cases of measles exposed by the unvaccinated and infectious child on Turkish Airlines flight 201 May 13 have been confirmed. There are multiple exposure locations ranging from Denver to Evergreen. If you think you've been exposed- quarantine and call the department of public health.
Please reconsider air travel with children younger than 6 months of age and consider an early dose of MMR at 6 months of age to protect your kids if you're travelling. Contact us with any questions.

there have been 2 more cases identified recently in Colorado. One in Pueblo and one that traveled through DIA. Symptoms may take up until 6/4/25 to develop. Anyone 6 months and older traveling internationally or to places in the US where measles is spreading (Texas) should get the MMR vaccine
The CDPHE is also recommending a second dose 28 days after the first for kids one year and older who are traveling internationally or to an outbreak location.
Kids under 6 months cannot get the MMR vaccine, so if you can delay travel, consider doing so as there's no cure for measles. If your infant may have been exposed, please call us for medical advice.
