Healthy Mendocino An information-rich resource for keeping Mendocino County healthy. The site is developed and maintained by the Healthy Communities Institute in Berkeley, CA.

We work to improve quality of life in Mendocino County by encouraging informed dialogue about the actions local residents and organizations can take to improve community he The website is user-friendly and features a dashboard with 90 indicators of local health and its influences. The site also includes monitoring and comparison tools, a database of promising community health practices, local repo

rts and feature stories, a community calendar, and links to local resources and tools for managing personal health. The Healthy Mendocino initiative was launched in 2011 by the Mendocino County Health and Human Services Agency Advisory Board, which established the Healthy Mendocino Steering Committee as the governing body. Under their leadership, a coalition of 20 funding partners (listed below) came together to create and fund Healthy Mendocino. Partners:

Our 2nd Annual Eel River Wailaki’s Big Time Event is fast approaching and we’re happy to announce that our vendor list is expanding!
