To all of you beautiful beings....

I haven't posted in awhile. Like many of you, my kids and I have been going through their own challenges. I'm going to be revamping things a bit, so stay tuned. Warning below - Taking of one's life discussed

In the mean time, I want to talk about something that has very recently hit close to my own heart. Many of us humans are struggling on levels we have not experienced in this lifetime. With that being said, I am setting the intention as I write this that somehow this message reminds many, we need to check in on each other. We need to truly speak from the heart and think before we lash out. That we are enough, just how we are. No matter who we love, who we choose to be, where we are financially, mentally, physically, you are enough and you deserve to be here.

Su***de is never the answer, no matter how alone you feel, how terrified, confused, please, if nothing else, reach out to 988 (text or call) or text 741741 (you can text them just to vent). There are incredible, caring people there to help you through the darkness. The world is heavy, the media is pouring fear into us daily AND there is also light, even if it is sometimes hard to see or feel. There are always helpers, in the worst of times, look for the helpers, reach out to them.

Truly, if every single person reading this, simply just did something kind every day for one person, open a door, smile, give a compliment, reach out to an old friend and see how they are, listen to understand, take care of a stray animal, offer the homeless a sandwich, it can be simple, we collectively increase the light energy on this planet. The higher frequence of love, the less the darkness can prevail.

We are transitioning and as anyone who has ever birthed another being knows, the transitioning is the most painful part. Hang on, reach out, spread love, even in our darkest days, a smile to another or a kind email to someone's boss, lifts both of us all up.

P.S. The Tetons looked amazing last week as a storm rolled through...and the reflection, gotta love how Mother Earth reminds us to reflect. :)

I took these pics today after being in the desert all day with my sonshine. Beautiful, right? I saw the 1st one and said....I wonder what green orbs mean? (See below) Then, I saw the 2nd one and said, "Who's face is that??!?!!?!!" 😳 (And again, see the last line below)

Green orbs represent nature, love, and the heart. Seeing one may mean you need to open yourself up to love and appreciate the world around you. The green orb may indicate a need to heal others or work on your own physical, mental, or spiritual healing. Green orbs can also indicate that there's a human spirit nearby.

Every single issue we have with someone else is a lesson for us, a chance to advance our own soul and open our heart more to the love we came from. I am not saying it is easy or feels good. In fact, often times it feels like your heart had a piece cut out or you want to scream the F word for 20 minutes at the top of your lungs. Still the reality is, we get to choose. As so many of us don't want to adult, (at least not 7 days a week, I mean even God got a day off) yet adulting still comes with choices and opportunities to do better, be better, chose more wisely....or not. Your choice!

Written 8/18/24, pic from my airplane window...

Never could anyone have convinced me I'd be raising my two youngest basically on my own. 18 years and 19 days ago, their father and I were getting ready to take our beautiful baby daughter home. She was the only one who didn't have to stay in the NICU under the "billi" lights. "Put her in the sun" they said, she'll be okay. Sure enough, the sun was magic for little baby Jade to grow and thrive.

Today, I left her at WashU in St. Louis with a room full of groceries, supplements, air purifiers, and all kinds of other stuff. She's got a week of orientation and then some more orientation, then nothing but Calc, physics, chemistry, labs, and intro to biomedical engineering classes to dive into.

It feels so heart wrenching that her father and I can't even speak, let alone do anything together for our kids or do anything together in their best interests. While on the shuttle to the airport, I was thinking about how sad it is for our children, being stuck in the middle and how it's the same way for many kids even though some of their parents are still together. I wonder how people grow so far apart who were so in love. Or was it just each of our traumatized souls idea of love because of how we were raised? The idea of love and family is so enticing, so seductive. The truth is relationships take work and you can't make another do that work if they are absolutely not open to it.

So 18 years, 19 days later, I fly "home" thinking about the father on the airport shuttle who literally bust out in tears having just left his kid at college. His wife was so embarrassed and apologetic. I was so choked up myself, I couldn't speak but wanted to tell him it's okay to cry, it's okay to love and miss your kid, it's wonderful you can be so vulnerable....your child is a better person because of you, I can guarantee it!! I couldn't speak either as the tears rolled down my cheeks but sent him energetic love anyway.

Light, love and hugs through the ethers to all of those helping their children fly out of the nest right now! To all of those wise enough to understand being vulnerable even in public spaces, showing love, changes the world. To all the little birds flying off, extra love to you on your next journey! 💖💖💖

I made some garlic SCAPE pesto from the garlic I planted last fall. I love growing food!! Added it to grilled ham and cheese...it was delicious. Might add to pasta and shrimp. Darn good and super easy! Oh and don't add garlic (shown in pic) that was for something else. 😁

Almost 40 years ago I'd drive here from KC to go clubbing for the night...often. it was a long drive but so normal to us. Kingshighway was my jam. When they say time flies, they aren't lying! My kids & I arrived today to 86F weather, sunshine & the friendliest, real, down to earth people. I immediately felt my soul smile at the kind hand on my shoulder and giant smile giving me directions. In the west, that'd be considered a microaggression or assault. In the Midwest, it's kindness from another human.

Let go of the fear, let God. It's one of their final attempts to scare all of us who see our world from a galactic view. Trust in our collective God-Consciousness, our divinely tethered connection. We are so much more powerful than evil. The key to unlock it all is to be more like the eagle, rise above the chaos, fly with the Gods, know we are all in this together...there are so many just like you. I love you!! 💗💗💗

Just a reminder as we all get upgraded...drink water, eat less crap, more greens, cut out sugary drinks. As active as our central star is, I know when I'm dehydrated because I get the most indescribable head pain ever during the night waking me up. The only thing that helps is a giant glass of water and nature. How about you?

On a morning walk this morning, I was busy staring at my to-do list on my phone. When suddenly a giant bald eagle came out of the forest almost knocking me over. Then screeching as it flew on. I knew it was telling me to pay attention, not to the things I believed were important but to what's really of the utmost importance to our human souls and existence....nature. I said out loud, "I just want to know what is next in life I feel like I am crawling out of my skin not knowing." She circled back towards me and screeched some more letting me know I must completely SURRENDER and believe everything is always provided!

To those supporting me, yourself and others through these tumultuous times, thank you! We all need each other and reminders from our feathered friends too. 🦅💖🦅

Life is seriously insane right now. Like what the actual f*ck is transpiring? I can not get even a day to just rest and reset, it is constant pushing diarrhea uphill kind of moments. Anyone else in just an hour by hour serious struggle? Honestly, I am hoping it is just me because no one deserves to have signed up for this soul contract. I just keep plugging along thinking about the days when I was much more blissfully ignorant, when self-care was a thing, when I could go to sleep at a reasonable hour, when complexities seemed real and now I have a whole new definition of "complex."

I'm still grateful (most days) for the messages that aren't always as clear but I know they are talking. Heck, maybe they are talking about me and I am their entertainment at this point because that would make a lot of sense, honestly!

My grandmother showed up for maybe the second or third time ever (it's been years now) and she started to get sassy with me. I cut her off and sassed right back telling her, "If you are going to show up now, then I need your help and nothing else.... In fact, get a whole army of people, I need an army of people to help me right now, so stop sassying and get to work!" She laughed just like she use to and p**f, was gone. I miss my grandmother, she always loved us up.

It's late, I can't sleep, so I thought I would see if any of the rest of you are just to the state of riding the waves with very little f*cks left to give.

Ha, I say that and then I stand barefoot in the yard under the moon and do energy work to vanish the darkness, push it out through the earth's grid and allow only light in. Our "work" is never done, huh?!?
