Hi Glow Up Community! My besties Ayana Sailor and Keisha Dixon and I are committing to some BIG goals going into the New Year!!
So without writing a book here, I’ll be brief, lol! We are either already 50 or turning 50 soon, metabolisms slowing down from peri menopause or menopause, weight gain creeping in, weight loss slowing WAY down. And we are NOT accepting it. No thanks🚫
So we are kicking off a life long healthy lifestyle journey. I started a few weeks ago, Ayana started last week and Keisha is getting started this week!
