We provided OT, ST & PT pediatric therapy services in North Carolina. Our team of experienced therapists are committed to helping your child be successful.

We provide multi-sensory therapy based sessions in a sensory rich environment, which includes swinging, spinning, climbing, bouncing, and many other activities. Our clinic has a sensory calming room if your child needs help regulating to gain the most benefit from his therapy session. We also include oral motor and tactile therapies as well. All of this will seem like one big play date between the therapist and your child. Our experience has proven that fostering awareness, and educating our parents and caregivers greatly enhances the opportunity for the most successful outcome for the child. Parents, teachers and caregivers have a multitude of opportunities throughout the day to challenge a child's sensory profile. Awareness of these challenges is the first step to helping your child. Intervention is provided in two ways to achieve the greatest improvement in your child's future.

1. Providing direct therapy intervention.

2. Educating parents and caregivers to provide a therapeutic environment that provides the best opportunity for success. The therapy staff of OT4Kids has over four decades of combined professional experience. Our focus is on helping children develop their ability to function in their environment by improving sensory based behaviors and motor skills including, fine motor and oral motor skills. Our therapists and assistants have extensive training in the following areas:
- Sensory Integration Dysfunctions
- Beckman Oral Motor Assessments and Interventions
- Feeding Dysfunctions
- Neuro-developmental Treatments
- Floortime Strategies for Autism
- Downs Syndrome.. And many other issues, contact us if you would like to know more. OT 4 Kids was established in 1999, in Lexington North Carolina. Providing care in the natural environment was supplemented with the first OT4Kids clinic in 2005. Our goal is to help as many children as possible and practical. We handle the billing to your insurance providers, including Medicaid. In an effort to make our client relationships as hassle-free as possible, our billing staff will follow through with your primary or secondary insurance. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to overcome any insurance or billing challenges. Our original location is in Lexington, NC. We provide our known exceptional services here as well as give children the opportunity to interact with all of our therapy animals! Though we started in Lexington, we are continuing to grow. DUE TO INCREASING INTERST, NEW groups beginning in January, and a great tour experience in November, Exceptional Me is offering 1 more FREE exclusive tour for families interested in our unique professionally led small groups program for children before 2025 arrives. If you would like to Book A Tour with us text "TOUR" to 704-298-9558 or follow the link below to join us Saturday, December 7th at 1pm for healthy light refreshments and to visit our fully equipped facility located in Lexington, NC. This event is to welcome you, share our facility up close, learn about the Exceptional Me program, meet the owner, meet the instructor and designer of the program, and answer any questions you may have. During our time together we will explore the inside gym, swing room, kitchen, quiet room, and safe room for movement activities, all under sky lights which are installed throughout the facility. We will continue our tour outside to visit our fenced in farm animals, garden area, horse ring, trampoline, sand box, and basketball area. Gather some fellow parents and come visit us December 7th to see what we have to offer you and your children. We offer AFTER SCHOOL times and morning and afternoon times for those who are HOME SCHOOL. Although this event is free, we ask you to RSVP so we can prepare and provide enough refreshments for everyone who attends. Although you can join anytime we are offering new group enrolment in January with a 20% off DISCOUNT for anyone who attends our tour and year round 20% discount to homes school families. Exceptional Me is opening their doors for an exclusive ‘Book A Tour’ event taking place at their fully equipped 10,000 sq ft facility located at 440 Central Ave. in Lexington, NC. Join us Saturday, November 9th at 10 am (open to parents who's children need after school group times) and Saturday, November 9th at 1 pm (open to parents of homeschool students who need morning or afternoon group times.) This event is to welcome you, share our facility up close, learn about the Exceptional Me program, meet the owner, meet the instructor and designer of the program, and answer any questions you may have. During our time together we will explore the inside gym, swing room, kitchen, quiet room, and safe room for movement activities all under sky lights which are installed throughout the facility.
