10sets of 6reps? That’s it? 🤷🏽‍♂️ “Terry I’m get hammer tomorrow though and that’s it?”-

🐒Listen kid. If I can do more than 6 reps it’s too easy and you’re not intense enough like some of the church league basketball league. They get intense or bocce or trivia even. Take your 2 scoops of and dominate!
Go a set then rest 3-5min. If u can’t get 6 it’s scale it back a lil. Warm up sets don’t count!
10-6 should be like 425, 435, 455x5, 435,425,425.... something like that not huge deviance.
