Hayes Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Hi, I'm Felicia Hayes. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. I've been practicing massage since 2002. I started Hayes Bodywork, LLC in 2012.

I think innately we have always known this. This is one more way to reduce stress and improve mental health in our hectic lives.

A new study found that a 60-minute walk in nature decreases activity in brain regions involved in stress processing. Brain activity in those regions remained stable after a 60-minute walk in an urban environment.
