Combines all three pieces of equipment to give you a more unconventional / functional full body workout. This is a timed workout to keep you moving so you will be challenged and burn more fat and calories! CARDIO KICKBOXING BAG CLASS

Push yourself to the limit and get a full body workout with this class where you actually come in contact with a target. This class teaches the fundamentals of boxing punches & Tae Kwon Do kicks taught by an experienced black belt in Karate. The goal of this class is to burn body fat through intense cardio with an emphasis on strengthening the core.

Compares to one-on-one personal training but half the cost! Tuesday at 7:15am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm

An affordable, cost effective way for clients to take advantage of having their own personal trainer. The small group allows for safe, closely supervised, high quality workouts. This class focuses on primarily strength training circuits using different moves & equipment (kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, dumb bells & bars, sandbags, sled, steel mace, stability & bosu balls, battle ropes, etc.) We will work on building those muscles to get a lean, toned, healthy body! TRX CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS

A new category of exercise for all fitness levels that leverages one's own body weight & gravity using the TRX to develop strength, balance, flexibility, & core stability simultaneously. The class will consist of circuits of upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. Medicine balls, kettle bells, sand bags, etc. will be used in the cardio circuit for added resistance. HIIT (high intensity interval training)

A private session intended to work on the specific goals of an individual. Learn proper technique and new exercises to maximize results in a shorter period of time. Set your goals (lose weight, build muscle, strengthen & tone, etc.) and achieve them in a challenging and motivating environment that's always changing to help fight boredom. Modified with step-ups on small step instead of box jumps on high step, no jump-rope, kb-swings down 10pounds with a 40 , MB-slams, shallow squats & no jumping for now until this knee rehabs and I get this hip fixed. Still lapping everybody on the couch!!!

This is my Daily Jam! Exercise (specifically resistance training) will get you on that road to becoming metabolically healthy! The more muscle on your body, and the less fat, the higher your metabolic rate. 88% of US adults are metabolically unhealthy but that can change if you take responsibility for your own health. I’ve been reading up on some nutrition studies & research this morning. The last few days I’ve been seeing this stupid copy & paste going around FB about how I don’t know what’s in this product and this product etc.etc.etc. but I eat it and use it and take it anyway bull crap 💩 My common sense and fitness & nutrition background keeps telling me if people would do some research on what’s in their food they eat, the meds they take, the skin care they use, and I can go on & on & on, this country would not have as much sickness that we are currently facing. I also find it difficult to believe that this has been going on for a year and a half and still people haven’t changed. It just boggles my mind because I thought when this all started that it would be a wake up call for people to realize that they are in charge of their own health. I get so frustrated with it all but I still continually try to help others with the knowledge I have from doing my research.

I took some parts out to highlight and it’s staggering when you see these numbers actually printed out😢

“Today 60 percent of Americans have one chronic disease and 40 percent have two or more chronic diseases. In ten years 83 million Americans will have three or more chronic diseases.
Seventy percent of Americans are either overweight or obese—that’s about 228 million Americans!
The direct health care costs for chronic health conditions was $1.1 trillion in 2016, or 5.8 percent of our US gross domestic product (GDP).
The indirect costs, including just lost income, reduced productivity, and impact on caregivers, but not including the impact of our food system on the environment, climate were another $2.6 trillion.
The combined direct and indirect costs are $3.7 trillion, or one in five dollars of our whole economy. Every year!

Most of the diseases driving the costs are related to obesity and poor diet: hypertension, abnormal cholesterol, osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, Alzheimer’s, and kidney failure. It’s important to note that these costs do not include pre-diabetes, which affects one in two Americans and causes heart attacks, strokes, and dementia even if it never leads to full-blown type 2 diabetes.

Eleven million people die every year from a bad diet (and this is likely an underestimate). And more than two billion people in the world are overweight and sick from eating our processed, industrialized diet and not eating a healthy whole foods diet.

What’s worse is that our current pandemic is being made even more threatening by all of these lifestyle factors, particularly our bad diet. Imagine if, in addition to all of the currently ongoing efforts to mitigate this dangerous virus, we also changed food policy, created more initiatives to get folks moving and eating well, and made it easier to access healthy food. I think we would be in a much different place.

Ultra-processed foods -- such as frozen pizza, microwave meals, packaged snacks and desserts -- accounted for 67% of calories consumed in 2018 up from 61% in 1999, according to research.
