Do you wish you could move without pain, stiffness, loss of balance, etc. Come join us this Saturday, March 28th from 9AM to 10:30AM at The Barn at the Monterey Inn in Monterey, VA to learn how to move better to feel better. Please RSVP if you are coming. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to "move". Moving without pain should be "normal"...let us show you how!!!

Be sure to bring your phone/camera to take pictures of foods, books, info, etc. to put in your "new year/new you" program for 2026.

We will be there to help "empower you to take charge of your health through EDUCATION and AWARENESS"!!!
