Join me for a peaceful morning practice in the fresh air and natural beauty of Creekside Park in Alpine. There’s something truly grounding about practicing yoga outdoors—feeling the grass under your feet, breathing with the trees, and connecting in community.

These sessions are by donation and open to all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, come as you are.

I am inviting you to my Backyard Yoga Session – a quiet, nourishing Monday morning practice to realign your mind, body, and breath.

A favorite part of yoga for me is mudra and mantra. Join me on February 8th at 11am for Mudras, Mantras and Magic! I'll be sharing some of my faves and how incorporating a practice of mantra has impacted my well-being.

Mudras are gestures of the hands, face and body that can boost physical health, emotional balance and mental clarity. Combined with intentional sounds (mantras), we can use these practices to invoke certain vibrational energies, enhance moods, and awaken spirit.

In this workshop you will learn…

·       the 5 great elements that make up gestures

·       common mudras with complimentary mantras that enhance your meditation and hatha yoga practices.

·       Warm up movements that connect us to the heart and prepare for meditation practices.

Part 2: Some of the scenery of Costa Rica.
The biggest takeaway for me was that I can do hard things.
From day 1 not being able to stay on my bike down the steep terrain to day 2, crashing into a bridge, and all the way to day 6 being able to crush 3 downhill trails without stopping or putting a foot down.
This trio was way out of my comfort zone and riding skills. I never in a million years thought I'd be riding the trails I rode.
You're never too old to learn new things.
It helps to have a group cheering you on.
And having a very patient guide giving you pointers on the 20 ft steep drops.
Overall, I highly recommend in Costa Rica.
