NurseMark offers health and wellness services with a focus on utilizing cannabis as an effective tool in healthy living. Our diverse range of services includes keynote speaking, cannabis guidance, breathwork coaching, psychedelic therapy, meditation, yoga, exercise, and nutrition. Our founder, Mark Worster, is an entrepreneur, leader, business/life coach, and psychedelic healthcare professional with extensive experience and tools gained over a lifetime of spiritual exploration. Nothing like a carburetor rebuild on a Sunday morning 🤣

Remembering my grandfather Reginald Alexander Cameron aka Reggie. I lived with him for the first 5yrs of my life and he taught me everything I know about fixing stuff. He was the kind of guy who could fix anything. I’m sure it came from raising (6) kids during the Great Depression. He never made more than $80 a week as an auto mechanic in Boston but he was one of the happiest guys I ever knew.

So grateful for all his wisdom, his humor and his love!!!

EO never fails to deliver. I just returned from our Global Leadership Conference in Hawaii and one of the amazing speakers was none other than Deepak Chopra. I've always been a fan of his views and he shared some gems!

The one that resonated the most, and this was said to a crowd of overachievers, "Joy is the TRUE measure of success!!!"

My greatest joy in life is connection with others!

I'm here in Detroit to host the nurseMARK Red Pill - Blue Pill event this evening for the Detroit chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization.

Last night I had the pleasure of having dinner with some of my fellow EO members. It was orchestrated by my new friend Michael Pachuta who lives here. Joining us was Tyler Smith (Michael, Tyler and I are members of the US East Bridge Chapter of EO) , Jim Mitte and Rhonda Meyers (from EO Detroit).

We had such a wonderful time diving deep and sharing ourselves in conversation. One of the greatest benefits to EO is the community.....we become family of sorts and our ability to share deeply is based on the trust we have for each other - even when we're just meeting each other for the first time.

I'm excited to share some magic tonight for those who chose to register for the event. You literally have opened the chance of a lifetime to transform your life in one night!!

In 2018 I moved from the small town south of Boston where I had spent 56 years of my life. My grandfather had lived and died in this town. My Mom lived and died there. It was home.

Early that year (2018)I fell in love and decided it was time to begin an adventure by moving to Brooklyn. The relationship didn’t work out but I ended up falling deeply in love with New York City!

For me the energy of this place is palpable…I feel it grow as I get closer and closer to arriving.

I’m blessed to be here co—facilitating some deep journeys for some amazing people and SO happy to be in this magical place.

As I begin another year on this beautiful ride I thought about listing all the amazing adventures I had in 2024 but that felt like trying to describe the taste of my favorite food or the feeling when my love looks at me with her beautiful eyes.....it's been a beautiful kaleidoscope of amazing moments of everything from joy to panic to complete bliss and it was exactly as it was meant to be.

In the end my experience share would be live in each moment, savor each second and be on the lookout for the magic....it's everywhere around us.

It's not for everyone....and it might not be for you....we only have two spaces left for our upcoming retreat in the Bos...
