Q: It is normal to have discharge from the p***s?

A: In some situations, yes. It’s typical during s*xual arousal or after ej*******on, as it consists of pre-ejaculate or semen. However, if you have discharge at other times, or if it has an unusual color or smell, or comes with symptoms like pain or a burning sensation, it may indicate an infection or another underlying issue. In those cases, it’s important to consult a doctor for proper evaluation.

Q: I have been diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia. What type of treatment do I need?
A: The type of treatment you need depends on the severity of your condition. If yours is mild, you may not require any treatment at all. Medications are typically prescribed for moderate cases. If medications don’t provide adequate relief, your healthcare provider may recommend surgery. There are nondrug and nonsurgical treatments available for BPH.
