My morning smile 💚

My day doesn’t really start until I wander through my flower garden. I look for new buds, for bad bugs and good ones mostly. I take my time. And today this little friend was my reward!

My yard has become a welcome home for so many creatures, an unexpected gift beyond the plants I grow. More birds, more insects. Squirrels, snakes. They seek out the natural spaces, small as they are, that are chemical free have healthy soil and plants to find cover and food. This microcosm is amazing!

My wish for you today is that you spend some quiet time in nature. Take it all in. Soak it up. Breathe 💚

Do you eat it? It’s my favorite meal! I love it all, yet I tend to get stuck in a rut, eating a few things over and over.

Overnight oats with almond mild and chia seeds is a favorite, with a topping of yogurt and blueberries is my new favorite.

I’m looking for my next morning meal…please tell me your favorite!
