Meet Our Angels of H.O.P.E – Mentor CNAs Teear, Nefateria, and Helen!

We are proud to introduce three of our outstanding CNAs—Teear, Nefateria, and Helen—as Trinity Glen’s Mentor CNAs! These incredible ladies have stepped into leadership roles as part of our Angels of H.O.P.E program.
As Mentors, they’ll be guiding new team members, modeling The LSC Way, and serving as go-to resources for questions and support. Their dedication ensures that our newest teammates feel welcomed, prepared, and empowered to provide the compassionate care that defines Trinity Glen.

We’re also in the middle of our themed CNA week and today is pajama day.

During our Juneteenth Celebration we had Bayada come to serve ice cream 🍨 sundaes for our residents and staff. What a beautiful day to share together.

Trinity Elms and Trinity Glen teammates out in the community at The World Elder Abuse Awareness walk. We hosted a booth to share our services. We walked to spread awareness. Kernersville Mayor Dawn Morgan even posed for a photo at our booth. It was an awesome event and well attended by so many. We even posed with our partner at Pace of the Triad.

We wrapped up National Nursing Home week with some sweet treats from a local ice cream truck! We had a great week celebrating our residents and the awesome individuals who serve them 💗
