Meditation is widely recognized as beneficial due to its ability to alleviate stress and anxiety, enhance sleep quality, augment self-awareness, foster emotional well-being, potentially reduce blood pressure, and aid in pain management.
Sometimes meditation might feel challenging to do at home. Join me on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am at Shangri-La Springs for a Gentle yoga class followed by seated meditation. You’ll be so glad you did 🙏🏼🙂
