This week, our Women in Business Council Mentorship Academy cohort, presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery, took the stage to share their final presentations, each one a unique reflection of their journey, lessons learned, and the impact of mentorship.
Through six sessions, one-on-one guidance, and meaningful connections, these women have taken intentional steps toward personal and professional growth, building confidence, developing leadership skills, and gaining clarity in their paths.
From creative storytelling to thoughtful insights, it was inspiring to see how each participant has grown, not just in their careers, but in confidence, clarity, and connection.
