Good evening Louis!!!! It is Teri from SoulWave. I was wondering if you had any advice for dream travelling? For the last few months I have not been getting a restful sleep due to my very vivid and crazy dreams. I have tried crystals in my pillow case. Wearing an eye mask that covers both my eyes and third eye. asking all my guides angels and spirit to allow my body the rest it needs while just my soul goes out to play. I have tried tethering my body to the centre of the earth. I have tried going to bed earlier. But nothing is working. I was told that this is something I am learning and receiving messages and lessons. I understand I have to learn lessons but I also want to be able to get through the day without fatigue 😂. I would probly eat worms if you said it would work, but prefer not to if at all possible. Any suggestions are welcome 🥱

The other night I was gifted a messege from my family. Luis's Spirit's is SPOT on I have never been so amazed by a reading!
