Tuesday, July 29 at 5pm, South Elgin Police Officers will serve cookies and hand out backpacks (with school supplies AND a Free Happy Meal Coupon) to students who come to Bear Family McDonald's at 100 N McLean in ! First come, first serve while supplies last.
