I havent posted anything in a while. I still use many of these products every day. These products and a good diet with a little exercise will keep you out of the doctor's office..at least they work for me. NOW 65 years old and my high blood pressure is now 116 over 76...see if it works for you!

I'm still drinking two glasses a day of cardioforlife. I love it. It keeps me healthy. I haven't been sick for several years now and no blood pressure problems either. It works for me and also we have a great tasting meal replacement drink to help in losing weight.

Last fall I noticed my blood pressure was high, 180/108 at times. I stopped eating junk food and started going to the gym every day but still the blood pressure would not come down. I had to go see my doctor. He put me on metoprolol tartrate. For those who know me, I do not like to take drugs of any kind. I still was looking for a solution. My girlfriend brought me home some cardioforlife. I was drinking one glass a day. When my prescription from the doctor was about to run out I started to cut back on my meds. My blood pressure stayed the same. At this time I didn't realize it was the cardioforlife I had been taking for a few months. Well I ran out of cardioforlife. My blood pressure started going up so I bought some more. By taking one glass twice a day my blood pressure remained at 127/78. I drink it everyday and am feeling more energy, I have lost weight and my blood pressure remains fine for a 59 year old man. I now am taking cleansforlife and manupforlife. I feel better then ever. I am still working out. The manupforlife and cardioforlife has allowed me to make great gains at the gym. I will be taking these products for a long time.
