Too heal one’s body you must begin with the mind. We all need help in this area no matter who you are. The mind is vast and deep so issues can hide and wait to arise. Thoughtful mind processing is important. Practice this by taking 1 minute a day to stop and reflect on all that happened and what emotions were attached to that. What physical sensations were attached to that. It will also help with memory!

The intention was not only to mimic the look of the crystal or stone but to harness what the stones energy represents and does! So this soap was blessed over and charged with the intention of Healing Past and New Wounds and Promote Healthy Growth!!! Infused with Reiki Universal Life Force Energy and the "Reikis Touch Oil" was blessed on a full moon when it was made!
