Hi Everyone, My name is Alisa Primavera and I am a Fitness Professional and Child Special Educator. I own a health and wellness company called In Shape Incentive in Norwood MA, which specializes in holistic health.
I have been in the field of educating children for 20+ years. I have a BS in Education, and a MA in Special education.
If your child is suffering from anxiety, stress or lack of focus, please feel free to contact me for my children’s workshop called Empowering Youth Club at the Norwood Civic Center.
The Empowering Youth Club fosters creative outlets for kids to channel anxiety and stress through breath work, yoga, fitness, and creative arts. This particular class is for students in grades for 6-8. If interested, please feel free to sign at inshapeincentive.com under Youth Programs, or call 781-762-0466. Homemade Chicken Caesar Wraps- Perfect post workout meal! To make:
You will need chicken breast, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, caesar dressing breadcrumbs and wraps.
Season the chicken to taste
Make a caesar salad with the lettuce, cheese, breadcrumbs and dressing
Pan fry chicken with butter or olive oil. Then combine with the salad
Roll all ingredients into a wrap and enjoy!
