Our workshop practitioners showcase
a comprehensive understanding of traditional sound healing instruments, as well as the latest advancements in technology and scientific research.

This weekend, trained mindfulness coach Ashley assisted individuals in managing stress and reducing inflammation. Sound baths, utilizing therapeutic sound vibrations, can slow brainwaves, boost immune function, and reduce cortisol levels, thereby supporting lower inflammation.
