7 days out from Boulder.
Newly married. Practice growing. Life full throttle.
That means my training must be intelligent, integrated, and unshakable.
Today wasn’t a workout.
It was a nervous system assault — training my body, brain, and breath to stay composed in chaos.
🔊 activation with pre-workout frequencies.
🌬️ 10 min CO₂ tolerance training with our new CO₂ system for training.
⚡ 20 min high-gauss PEMF at full output (4.0)
👁️ Visualization of race day: altitude, discomfort, pressure… presence.
Then came the stack:
🧬 Hypoxic training w/
⚡ on lower legs (500 → 250 → 500)
🧠 Vagus nerve stimulation x2 ( and Zen POD that will be launching soon.
🔦 QN Laser — locking in brain-body connection
Wrapped with:
🌀 Balance + neurocognitive drills

❄️ Cold plunge to see how quickly I could adapt. (15-sec regulation) with
🌌 Hour-long .innovations + deep suspension breathwork. Pushing my holds both in and out.
Concluded with PEMF low intensity and staying in gratitude.
Now home using red-light now for regulation.
Hydration… then leaving for sweat lodge with the boyz tonight!
This isn’t just endurance.
This is nervous system dominance.
This is not fitness. This is nervous system warfare.
This is Ultraman training for the modern gladiator and the lessons I’m learning are going to level up all our athletes.
