Starting Wednesday April 8th at 6pm I will be hosting weekly private yoga classes at my house. My very dear friend Candace will coming to my house to teach! If anyone is interested in joining me, there will be 2-3 spots available for others to come, it will be $20 per class! She will work with each of us on posture and position during the class amd give her expert advice and guidance. If anyone is interested please text or message me! Again spots are limited! (If I get a lot of traction on this post, I would not be opposed to add more classes.)
