Health Kick A healthy environment for people to build their purpose and value in life by improving their overall health through yoga, exercise and self exploration!

My goal is to make an impact on people’s lives by creating an environment to help people define and build their purpose and value while improving their overall health through yoga, personal training, nutrition and self exploration. I teach a variety of classes like spin, weight lifting, group fitness, vinyasa yoga, hiking and Yoga, SUP yoga. I teach to all levels. In my classes I incorporate an upbeat, exciting challenging workout with relaxation and peace.

It’s a new season of life 🍁and Nature is our best medicine 🍂 growing up with the 4 seasons was one of my favorite parts of childhood the excitement it provided pulling out your warm clothes out of the closet and simply a new season acting as a new beginning, an opportunity for positive change.

These are the times I will never forget, little miss Auriella is so tough she loves the cold, the nature, the hikes close to mama and the opportunities to learn to hike on her own as well 🥹

⚓️ Where is it that you are in your element?

Lots of people I know spend to much time doing something they aren’t called to do, simply because they are going with the flow of life that has been MAPPED out for them.

Go to college, get a degree, get a job, work 9-5…

That series can be amazing if it’s what you want, if it’s what your heart desires, and it’s the path you feel best fit for your lifestyle.

But it also doesn’t have to be THAT WAY and you also don’t have to raise your children to think that way if that’s not what they want.

If you are afraid as a parent or individual that you or your kids don’t take the path that is laid out for you, that won’t reach you desired success, or you won’t be able to get a house, or you will be lonely it’s not true.

The biggest reason people don’t reach the success they wish to achieve is because we have unrealistic views of what success means to us and often we’re spending time chasing something you don’t even want.

So first comes first WHAT DOES SUCCESS MEAN TO YOU?

It’s different for everyone.

Once you’ve determined what success looks like to you, you can work backwards from there and start mapping out the route you want to take to get to your end destination.

You can take the short route it takes alot of smart planning, you have to make sure that you start your voyage at the right time mentally and physically because you have to be alert, ready to take action, & make sure you aren’t going to run into any storms.

Or you can take the long route there’s a lot more to see & learn along the way. You can stop off at different destinations, try new things, experience different cultures and backgrounds but still stay on track to reach your end goal.

You are the captain of your own life. You steer your ship, you anchor if you need to ground down, you dock if you need to step ashore.

You map your route and choose your destination. You’ve got this captain!

How The Light in Me Will Honor & Acknowledge The Light in You

Standing on this Earth today as a survivor is a blessing in my heart. Through four years of an on and off battle with an Eating Disorder I was able to heal myself through yoga, meditation and finding my inner light and purpose. Yoga has been my saving grace that strengthened and healed my mind, body and spirit. My personal journey inspired me to share my knowledge and wisdom to the beautiful souls in our world, which helped me find my voice and develop into a strong, wise and passionate yoga teacher. After becoming a certified yoga instructor at the age of seventeen I decided to dedicate my time and energy to prepare for a purpose greater than myself; to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect their mind, body and spirit through yoga, meditation and the practice of self love.

In my junior year of High School I worked smart and efficiently to fulfill my school requirements, become a yoga instructor and create my own yoga studio and retreat business to introduce yoga to people from all walks of life. This was my inspiration to help others find their strengths to enter a healing journey, and create a foundation to support myself to take a GAP year to travel and conduct an observational field study finding effective yoga and wellness techniques from around the world to help people heal. My high school graduation requirements were complete prior to the start of my senior year and I was ready to take a "GAP" year to travel and volunteer in international yoga and retreat centers. I have traveled to many countries in Europe, Central America, United States, Morocco and South Africa learning the history, culture and best yoga and wellness techniques from various outlooks. To fully immerse myself into different cultures, I have been participating in work exchange programs at hostels, yoga retreats and wellness centers.
