Winter has a way of asking more from our nervous systems than we realize.
Warm oil massage is one of the simplest ways I know to bring the body back into a sense of safety and ease.
Oil is warmth.
Oil is love.
This is a practice I return to again and again during the colder months — both for myself and for my clients.

🌿 Spring is here, and so is the shift in our bodies! 🌿
I woke up feeling it—a little more congestion, a touch of heaviness, and that unmistakable shift in the air. Spring is creeping in, and just like nature melts away winter, our bodies are doing the same. This season is about release, renewal, and lightening up—but if we don’t support the process, we can end up feeling sluggish and stuck.
✨ Here’s how I support my body through the seasonal transition:
✔️ Sip warm, boiled water to clear out congestion and boost digestion.
✔️ Eat more bitter greens (like dandelion and arugula) to help detox naturally.
✔️ Move more! Even simple walks or dry brushing help shake off stagnation.
✔️ Reduce heavy foods like dairy and processed sugar to prevent buildup.
