I work by showing up and choosing to be present. My only intention is to invite authentic flourishing. I do not form/hold preconceived notions about what that looks like. I share what is arising and invite those I work with to look deeply and experience what is arising. I recognize that whatever is needed is already available and can arise at any time.

I relish the process of being present as energies make changes in alignment with the deep awarenesses that are indwelling in everyone and accessible when attended to. I have steeped myself in a range of wisdom practices and fields, including energy and shamanic healing, theatre, film, computer-mediated communication, politics, and more. Drawing from these distinct paths, I have cultivated a powerful approach to helping people flourish fully as themselves.
