Did you doodle as a child? 🌀💘⚡️
On our last day in Nola, Skyler and I collaborated on a painting at our sunrise coffee & beignet date at the park to honor our time here together as a family.
Just then I remembered myself as a little girl filling my notebooks with daydreams & doodles. Then!! I recalled all the times Skyler got “in trouble” at school for doodling or drawing on his school papers! The teachers always wrote angry notes! Haha (Which he didn’t get in trouble for at home, in fact we celebrated his art!) 🤷🏽♀️

So if you were a child doodler 😂 like me and Skyler-always getting in trouble… good on ya for naturally and intuitively regulating your nervous system. I’m learning it is the most important skill we can cultivate—-especially as parents!
Molly and I began working together, entering our contract on a trade (a world we deeply desire to live in) Intuitive bodywork and energy healing for custom art and full trust in each other’s process——
Molly would come into the studio for regular sessions, then send me photos of the art progress and I would share what I saw and felt from her work.
The first time I saw the sketch up, I was in tears. I feel the power of three women, a child-mother-grandmother interchangeably, shadow feminine energy finally allowing rest while being held & nurtured and and an EPIC snuggle puddle party!!
The painting acted as a seed. Together, we were able to access and move through these energetic themes along Molly’s healing journey!
The way I understand it, The creative energy we cultivated in healing sessions was then channeled and woven into this incredible piece of custom art.

I learned to use reiki for self-healing along my journey in 2020. Since then I have witnessed my life, path, health, relationships, career and mindset shift into energetic alignment with my heart while the noise dropped away, year after after.
The way I use reiki has evolved overtime. The practice has transformed my massage therapy practice, the trajectory of my life, the quality of my relationships and has supported a deeper connection with my son.
Reiki is one of the most powerful tools I have found to hold space for an empowered life and I am eager to continue sharing my lived experience with you.
I teach from the Usui linage and weave my intuitive approach to support a harmonious, fully embodiment and integrated understanding of this ancient knowledge.
