Keeping up with tradition as this year was my second Chair massage event raising funds for this awesome group that provides scholarships for local teens to continue their education in all sorts of ways! In honor of their Mother~Liz McGrail and family do so much for our aspiring Youth! I have a big smile today knowing that these two hands provided tons of Smiles and also helpped my community be just a bit brighter. Looking forward and onward~Happy Wednesday! ✔️

Started out this morning for 20 miles to prep for October 25th and had a plan. Wake up and go, but pack a bag of fuel and water for my dear friend .ricciardelli to meet me to run/hike to Mud Lake and Back. We took the Blue trail/ C2 connector to Riddel State Park and back. Made it back to the car logging in 18 miles and some change. So I decided to just keep going! Refeuled/hydrated and filled up my flexible waterbottles and had Christina stash one last one along my route back home. Practicing these long runs we get to see how we can improve and prepare better the next time. I ended up speed walking the last 5 miles which just felt right. My family came and met me at the last mile to give me a boost, water, and even made a sign! I got it all done with 5:12 and feel like I gained a bit more insight in how I can make it through. ❤️💪❤️

Life is but a dream…

Last week I was able to host a dear client’s Bachelorette Spa Day catered just for her and her sweet friends to have a day of divine relaxation, great massage therapy, and care-free giggle time. I made low sugar/GF breakfast bars, watermelon, garden grown Raspberries, and chocolates to share.

Each of the 5 guests enjoyed use of the , foot, hand, and eye massagers while they traded places to recieve 30 minutes of heavenly massage customized-just right for them. They enjoyed eachother’s company of true friendship and laughter while making their very own aromatic room sprays and talking about what’s going on in their lives and the excitement they felt over the soon-to-be-Bride’s special day!

A sweet life indeed is one where you can give a little love back! And today I got to do it with a toe tapping background to the Bluesy rock n roll band the Fishercats in Stamford! Mountain’s Bounty raised $522 and made a LOT of super grateful clients happy Happy to have stopped by for a mini session of R&R. their foundation Grants scholarships of $1000 dollara to Delaware County School Students towards higher education and have done so for well over 40 partcipants! has been a big motto that leads my life of service. Kim thanks for the invite! Thank you for .kira for helping me set up and and others for helping me pack it all up! Thank you for having delicious falafel tacos for a scrumptious treat after a great day!

Massage Will be providing Rockem Sockem Awesome Table Massage in the park and its happening after this year’s MomMCGrail’s 5k to help raise $$ for their very special scholarship Funds they award to deserving Local Seniors! July is flying by! Sweet 4th of July was spent with friends and family running around playing stick ball till dark. My garden is bursting with summer flaire and we have had the best berry season yet! I’ve been on Runs-LOTS and LOTS of Runs with my -Catskills, and just returned from a great Trip to Popham Beach, Maine with my family and two besties! So grateful for a few days of time off here and there to enjoy these fleeting moments. Can’t wait to see what August brings! 🌞 ❤️

These vibrant ladies stepped up to a speed challenge in a big way! we got to use the local BEAUTIFUL new track to put in some great speed drills! Trail Sisters You too can give it a try! 1 mile warm up-90 seconds break 4x(2x800 M 90 mins break) 4x(400m +90second break) and 1 mile cool down.
