The .epic Race at Brighton Resort was truly EPIC! 💪🏻🏃🏼‍♀️⛰️ I know I say this every year, but it really is such an incredible event surrounded by so many empowering and STRONG women! I’m still riding an all-time HIGHHHH 😆

Pool snack ✔️ BBQ treat ✔️ Firework watching snack ✔️ This Coconut Caramel Crunch Mix covers all the 4th of July bases! 🤩 Make it in a bowl or a gallon-sized zip-top bag for less mess and divide it into individual bags for easy (& tasty 😉) firework snacking! 💥🇺🇸 This can easily be made GF by using GF pretzels or more cereal in place of them 👏🏻

Coconut Caramel Crunch Mix
Makes 16 servings
380 calories / 24F / 38C / 6P / per serving

Ingredients:
4 cups Rice Cereal
2 cups mini pretzels
2 cups sea salt air-popped popcorn
2 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
1 cup caramel
½ cup grass-fed butter
½ cup CSE Aloha Butter or natural almond or peanut butter
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
2 servings CSE Coconut Cream Protein Powder

Directions:
1. Add the cereal, pretzels, popcorn, coconut flakes, and M&M’s to an extra-large bowl or zip-top bag. Set aside.
2. Heat the butter over low-medium heat until melted. Add the Aloha Butter and chocolate chips. Turn to low heat and stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Pour over the dry mix and stir or shake until well combined. Add the protein powder. Stir or shake until well combined.
4. Store in the fridge until ready to eat (I prefer mine cold). Divide into 16 servings and enjoy!
*Swap in any other nut butter flavor and/or CSE protein flavor for a different variety.
