“Wellness starts with a single decision: to choose yourself.” It’s not always the easiest choice, life pulls us in so many directions, and it can feel selfish or even impossible at times. But the truth is, choosing yourself is one of the most important things you can do. It’s an act of trust, of courage, and of love.
Lately, I’ve had to remind myself of this often: that rest is not weakness, that boundaries are not walls, and that prioritizing my wellbeing allows me to show up more fully for others, too. Every small choice whether it’s slowing down, saying no, or simply breathing with intention becomes a building block for lasting wellness, inside and out.
