This year, CHS proudly completed a major expansion in Fostoria, welcomed outstanding new providers to our medical, dental, and behavioral health teams, celebrated the first anniversary of the CHS Pharmacy, and provided high-quality care to thousands of patients across northwest Ohio.

On behalf of our entire team, we wish you a healthy, happy, and safe 2026. Please remember that all CHS offices and our pharmacy will be closed tomorrow in observance of the holiday.

On Saturday, December 6th, CHS employees proudly rolled their 2025 Holiday Parade float through downtown Fremont during the annual Holiday Parade 🎄✨

Our Candy Land–themed float was a sweet success, featuring Princess Frostine and Princess Lolly, gingerbread men, giant cotton candy, colorful lights, and plenty of lollipops! 🍭🍬

A huge thank-you to the Fremont Ross High School Art Club for creating our Candy Land banner — it turned out amazing!

The highlight of the night was handing out stuffed Christmas toys and candy to the hundreds of smiling kids lining the streets❤
