This led me to dive deeper into the importance of nutrition and its role in our o

verall well-being. As my daughter turned 9, my passion for health and wellness intensified, as I wanted to provide her with the best possible foundation for a healthy life. In 2011, I became a health and wellness coach and I am currently enrolled in the National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaches, which is the most prestigious certification in the field. I am grateful for the opportunity to will achieved this honor as an NBC-HWC, affiliated with the National Medical Examiners Board after sitting for my Board Exam late July 0f 2025

These pictures were taken recently 4 days apart 9/17 and 9/20🤯 Do you see how swollen my neck and face are? My whole body actually swells😢 It’s crazy! I have been battling this for some time now and it has increasingly compounded over the last 5 months. The inflammation and fatigue that comes along with is the worst. I had a test done and figuring it, thank the lord! Join me tomorrow night (Monday 9/30) to talk more about it live on FB at 8pm. It might help someone you know or even yourself🙏🏼
