I am by foundation and experience, an engineer and mystic. I began turning a great deal of my energy and focus inward, finding myself and who I really am.

ugh the typical engineering mind does not usually embrace those aspects as they appear to be in conflict with the “laws of physics” but I have found that by going beyond what physics offers, stepping into the metaphysical world, we are not limited by anything but ourselves, more notably the mind. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet and work with the two most amazing teachers, healers, friends, and role models as that is when my life changed forever. As Pablo Picasso reminds us, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away”. I have found my gift and it is my heart. Expanding my consciousness, healing what ails me, gaining clarity, becoming peaceful, trusting life itself, and continuing to question everything, while knowing there is more to life than what meets the eye. We are all just energy, a dynamic bioelectric circuit and the amazing thing is that we are the masters of our own energy. The fundamental building blocks are so very similar to that of which we learn in the school of engineering yet there is no limit to what we can do with our bioelectric circuit, that body of wisdom and knowing.

No matter how or where it comes from, it's refreshing to see the truth continue to surface, most notable when one admits their faults. So tired of all the lies and deceit in this world, especially this country. I have no interest in polarization, but merely the truth coming to the surface to create the freedom we deserve. Transparency is the foundation to trust and creates a deep sense of security. Insecurity leads to a troubled world. Let us see if my post stays lit.

I am excited to announce the release of my third book in this books series helping to empower children through body awareness and mindfulness.
Centering is the second of four essential tenets in creating a solid foundation to instill ongoing peace, harmony, happiness, and well-being in our lives. As described in my first book, I Am a Feeling Body: Body Awareness and Mindfulness for Children, these tenets include grounding, centering, breathing, and feeling as they relate directly to the awareness of and connection with the body. My second book, I Am Grounded: A Path to Stability and Feeling Safe, focuses on grounding as foundational for the body to feel connected with all that is; in turn it helps create a solid mind-body connection. I Am Centered: Finding Your Point of Presence expands on this body awareness by focusing on our inner stillness, which is critical for feeling freedom to navigate life with ease and grace.
