I use a blend of techniques that I learned at Fox Valley School of Massage from basic Swedish massage strokes, deep tissue stripping and acupressure to relieve knots, a bit of reflexology, polarity and reiki to bring peace, relaxation, and harmony to my clients. I'm always taking more classes in neuromuscular therapy, aromatherapy, and other things to bring even greater benefits to my table. I've always used the power of touch to calm, balance, and heal myself and my family. I think massage is poetry and I am full of joy because I get to do this for a living.
