Because of disobedience of GOD's Children, Kings, who were corrupt,, evil rulers, all who sacrificed even their sons and daughters to other gods; GOD "allowed" them to be captured, seized,and ruled by other ungodly nations as a consequence.

One day JESUS said to HIS Disciples, “There will always be temptations to sin, but what sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!

V2
It would be better to be thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around your neck than to cause one of these little ones to fall into sin.

So watch yourselves! “If another believer sins, rebuke that person; then if there is repentance, forgive.

V4
Even if that person wrongs you seven times a day and each time turns again and asks forgiveness, you must forgive.”

One day the Pharisees asked JESUS “When will the Kingdom Of GOD come?” JESUS replied, “The Kingdom Of GOD can’t be detected by visible signs.

People will tell you, ‘Look, there is The SON Of MAN,’ or ‘Here HE is,’ but don’t go out and follow them.

But first The SON Of MAN must suffer terribly and be rejected by this generation.

What a life lesson before us; JESUS tells us, "temptations to sin will come, but woe to the one through whom they come, (don't be the one who causes temptation.) V1

Likewise, know the cost you will have to pay; "it is better for him, (that person,) if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea, (better that he would be drowned,) than to cause a little one, (Child) to be misled to sin.

Finally, look at V25, "but first; JESUS must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation." How amazing are the Words Of JESUS for us to learn, live by, and apply to our daily lives ???

How amazing is it that we can cheer together and in unison, U.S.A., during an event like the Olympics, any championship game where our teams are playing one moment, and the next, we are in the midst of chaos. So too is this chapter providing us with all manner of things then and things to come. "JESUS must be rejected by this generation, "if someone repents, then forgive him, even if it seven times a day." Notice, "if" he repents !!! Be on the lookout, watch what you are listening to, participating in, "they" may be the very ones that cause you & I to sin.

He will also drink the wine of GOD's wrath, poured full strength into the cup of HIS anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of The Holy Angels and in the presence of The HOLY LAMB.

And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshippers of the beast and it's image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.

Here is a call for the endurance of The Saints, those who keep The Commandments Of GOD and their Faith In JESUS.

And I heard a voice from heaven saying, "Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in The LORD from now on." "Blessed indeed," says The Spirit, "that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them.!"

Hallelujah JESUS for this warning to let us know GOD's Holy Word never changes. So, why should we believe "being a good person," or "believe man's mouth full of lies," is greater than GOD ???
