Mental health and substance abuse services are provided for Clay County, FL residents by Clay Behavioral Health Center. Those services include:

Today was our 31st Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. What a special occasion as CBHC staff and volunteers prepared and served a feast for the clients we serve at our Knight Boxx location. The best part, in addition to the delicious meal, was the fellowship and the opportunity to share what we are most thankful for. Even in challenging times we all found much to be grateful for. Having support on the path to recovery can be a game changer and can help you realize you’re never alone on this journey.

We are late in telling you that today, November 13th, is World Kindness Day - The day started in 1998 with the World Kindness Movement, and its an international day of awareness that highlights and encourages people to do simple acts of kindness that positively impact people and communities. At CBHC we are always trying to practice our kindness skills - we know that one small act of kindness can make such a difference. We encourage you to do a random act of kindness today - being kind is cool!

Red Ribbon Week was October 23 through October 31, 2025. The 2025 theme was "Life Is A Puzzle, Solve It Drug Free™". CBHC and our SAP Team is happy to report that during the week, 1596 individuals in 8 Clay County schools signed the Red Ribbon Pledge to live drug free. YAY! We're proud of all the youth who made the commitment to not use drugs and alcohol.

Our agency is closed on Tuesday Nov 11th to recognize Veterans Day and remember those who have served our country. We have many veterans on our CBHC Team and we are grateful for their service. We additionally thank the vets among the individuals we serve at CBHC, along with our own families and friends and members of our community.
