To invigorate your body and heal your mind, breathe. Be in the natural swing of the breath where you are caressed by peace. Possess everything and nothing inside. Let everything go and just feel what is. Immerse yourself in the quality of that feeling and realize it in every cell. Then start your day over.

STILL feeling so good on the gel! Just looking back on this feed and noticed, it's been a year? Two years? I'm losing track. It has become my NORM. My emotional health has been so much better.
And it seems to be problem free if taken for the long haul. Beats energy drinks and offers stability during troubled times. Perhaps something to consider...
