Now Enrolling: May & June Centering Pregnancy Groups at AABC!

What if your prenatal care felt less like a series of appointments and more like a supportive community of parents walking this journey together?

Welcome to Centering Pregnancy!
Centering is group prenatal care that REPLACES most of your individual prenatal appointments throughout your pregnancy. Instead of quicker, individual visits, you will meet regularly with the same group of expecting parents who share your due month, led by one of our midwives.

What to Expect:
🌱10 group sessions (2 hours each) throughout your pregnancy!
🌱All your standard prenatal assessments and care.
🌱Evidence-based education on pregnancy, birth and postpartum
🌱Build lasting friendships with families on the same timeline
🌱Time to ask questions, share experiences and feel supported
🌱Interactive activities, discussions and skill-building
🌱Partners welcome!

Prenatal care should be a relaxing, ‘laid back’ experience... and we mean that literally! 😊 Comfortable positions, calm atmosphere, genuine care!

At AABC, we follow the recommended prenatal care schedule and see you every 4 weeks in the beginning of your pregnancy, then every two weeks during the third trimester, and weekly from 36 weeks to delivery! You get 30 solid minutes of time with your midwife and have the opportunity to meet each and every one of us midwives during your pregnancy.
