Today we honor the sacred element of water 💧🙏🏼

Water is life! It flows through our bodies, through the rivers, through the rains, & through the tears we release when our hearts need to cleanse.

In the ancestral ways, water is not something we take for granted ... it is something we pray with, something we give thanks to, something we recognize as a living spirit.

Water teaches us many things. It teaches us how to soften, how to move around obstacles, how to cleanse & begin again.

Today for World Water Day, I invite you to pause & give thanks. Hold your glass of water with intention. Speak words of gratitude before you drink. Offer a prayer for the waters of the Earth — for the rivers, the oceans, the lakes, & all those who depend on them.

May we remember to treat water with respect & reverence!

May the waters of the Earth be protected, & the waters within you remain clear & strong. May we walk in gratitude for this sacred gift 🙏🏼

On International Women's Day, I want to invite the men in this community to pause for a moment and reflect on what it truly means to be an ally to women.
Not in theory.
Not in words.
But in the way you actually live.
In how you listen when a woman speaks.
In how you respect her autonomy.
In how safe, valued, and honored the women in your life feel in your presence.
Being an ally isn’t about saying the right things.
It’s about doing the inner work and allowing that work to shape how you show up.
So men, I am curious…
If the women in your life answered honestly, would they say they feel truly supported, respected, held & honored by you?
Real allyship is lived every day, in every moment🌹

Today is a beautiful moment to ask yourself:
