Join Linda Frank, E-CYT 300 and Monica Semington, Aromatherapist and owner of Monash Natural Blends, for this amazing super gentle Yoga paired with organic essential oils lightly massaged to your feet, arms, hands, neck and face.
We will be holding gentle Yoga poses for about 5 or so minutes each while we relax and experience the bliss of care to our hearts, minds, bodies and souls.
Modifications will be available for every pose and most of them we will be lying on the ground with pillows. bolsters and other props, so feel free to bring any of your Yoga gear from home.
We have some in studio but quantities are limited.
We do also have chairs if you prefer to stay seated, and if you choose, you can skip any part of your body that you do not want oils on.
The amazing scents that Monica will be bringing were specially formulated for this event at Dreams, and everyone will go home with a lovely free gift!
Monica will also have extra products there for sale if you would like more also.
Light snacks and soothing tea will also be provided for you, so grab a friend and family member or just you and come take care of yourself on a Friday night!
You will surely have a blissful nights rest after this event
