Tammy has a BA in Kinesiology and Dance Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Pilates Method Alliance certified Pilates instructor with 14 years of teaching experience. She was a founding member and principle dancer with Colorado Dance Theatre where she danced principle roles such as Sugar Plum Fairy, Clara and Dew drop in the Nutcracker. For 5 years she worked under Chiropra

ctors and Physical therapists as their exercise specialist, and worked in post-rehab at Bally's. When taking a break from class at Boulder Ballet one day, Tammy walked into the Pilates Center in Boulder and from then on was addicted to this discipline. The Studio of Pilates Plus is an intimate studio offering privates/semi-privates/ or groups of 3 students. Tammy also is teaching mat/prop classes in the North Denver area.
