I created The Meditation Chic for the moments we don’t talk about enough. When you’re functioning, but you’re exhausted. When you’re holding it together, but your body is begging for a pause. I offer trauma informed mindfulness, breathwork, and THRIVE Method support because I care deeply about helping people feel safe in their own bodies again, steady, present, and restored.
I’m taking this work beyond the screen and into shared spaces through keynotes, workshops, trainings, and wellness experiences so more communities and teams have practical tools for resilience, regulation, and real wellbeing.
